Partnership & Community Manager (Local or Remote)

As a Partnership & Community Manager at onX, your duties are to build and amplify onX’s reputation in the off-road industry as a first-class company, product, and business partner. You will be responsible for marketing campaign strategy and execution, including multi-platform management and content generation. You will work closely with team members to align with marketing strategies and campaigns.

For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of the offroad industry and how technology and social media can help us achieve our business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to communicate, articulate, and manage deliverables of various outlets/inlets within quality, time, and budget requirements.

As an Offroad Partnership & Community Manager, you will be integrated within the marketing team, you will work with the Offroad marketing team on the day-to-day duties of: influencer management, off-road industry partner programs, and campaign management of the onX Offroad vertical brand. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting compelling and unique campaigns customized for each off-road verticals. 

You will work cross-functionally with team members in Community, Design, PR, Brand Marketing, and Digital Marketing to grow the audience, stories, thought leadership, videos, and more.


Missoula, MT; Bozeman, MT; or remote from select states, with a strong preference for Pacific and Mountain Time Zones.


(Essential Job Duties)

  • Boost brand awareness and product education through marketing programs, influencers, forums, events, social media, and other creative marketing ideas

  • Boost brand awareness and product education through industry marketing programs with key off-road industry partners

  • Responsible for support of specific onX Offroad product marketing campaigns

  • Be the driver of specific marketing campaigns - from conception to completion.

  • Manage appearances at events to extend brand awareness and build relationships within the community.

  • Constantly analyze all aspects of the content, relationships, and channels to optimize ROI.

  • Create dashboards to continuously monitor the impact of each of onX Offroad campaigns, with a focus on measuring conversion with each of our audiences.

  • Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor


  • Four (4) or more years of professional experience in Marketing, Branding, Influencer Management, or related 
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University; or in place of a degree, an additional three (3) or more years of relevant experience
  • Curiosity about and a passion for powersports and off-roading  
  • Must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of best practices across all marketing platforms, and enjoy crafting creative and engaging marketing campaigns 
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Demonstrate experience in decision making based on data and ROI
  • Proficiency in Google business suite (docs, sheets, drive, slides, Gmail), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Multitasking and organizational ability
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer service oriented
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, with the ability to find solutions for unstructured problems
  • Statistical and critical thinking skills


  • Professional experience in the powersports and/or full-size off-road industries is strongly preferred
  • Multi-platform analytics proficiency
  • A proven track record for developing a digital strategy and executing
  • Experience showing ROI with influencer programs, partnerships, & social content
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a solid understanding of major marketing channels
  • Experience using any mobile marketing platforms for engagement and retention
  • Experience in growth through hypotheses testing and data-backed decisions
